Gethsemane is a conservative Southern Baptist Church who is committed to the Scriptures as the authority in all things. We believe that preaching should be based in the Bible, worship should draw people closer to God and deeper in their understanding of who He is, what He has done, and what He is planning to do in the future.

Our desire is to be used by God to deliver people from sins, disciple them to Christlike maturity, and then deploy them as servant leaders to the nations all for the glory of God. Learn more about God's plan for your life by clicking below.

Our Mission

The mission of our church was given by Jesus to his disciples 2,000 years ago. He said “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19–20, NIV) This purpose of making disciples drives everything we do at Gethsemane as we seek through fellowship, worship, evangelism, discipleship, and prayer to help people become committed followers of Christ who will help others become followers of Christ.
